Regulatory model adopted in Brazil: the General Data Protection Law -LGPD and its application in the health field. Legal framework of health data, concepts and hypotheses for processing sensitive data

Cases and possibilities of application of LGPD in the health area and the main implications for companies and health professionals
● Lesson 5: Trends - Wearables and Mobile Health
Legal implications of connected health and mobile health practices, especially from the perspective of privacy and data protection
● Lecture 6: Trends - Artificial Intelligence in Health
Legal means of protecting innovations in the area of artificial intelligence and the regulatory landscape of artificial intelligence in health, as well as the different ways of obtaining legal protection of artificial intelligence algorithms and services
The certificate of completion of the course “Fundamentals of Law and Innovation in Health: Data Regulation and Artificial Intelligence”, issued by a Higher Education Institution (HEI) accredited by the the Ministry of Education (MEC):, will be delivered to the student upon obtaining 100% attendance in class and development of all proposed activities.
