COMMUNICATIONS

Porto Alegre, June 23 of 2020.

Dear students,

From the faithful posture in always privileging and protecting its students, the IBCMED Faculty maintains its commitment to teach, always in compliance with the legal regulations in force, which we should all be aware of.

According to the new ordinance of the Ministry of Education (MEC), nº 544/2020, the face-to-face theoretical classes may take place regularly in the remote format (online / live) throughout the month of July and the next months. Based on this MEC determination, it is up to the IBCMED Faculty, students, coordinators, teachers, to wait for the official manifestations in the state and municipal spheres of each region (for the opening of educational institutions), to define the format of the meetings for the coming months ( in-person or online).

The Faculty, together with the entire teaching team, guarantees the maintenance of classes, with a level of excellence in their achievements, according to the legal guidelines that we need to comply with (as an educational institution accredited to MEC). We will enable interaction in real time and all the technological resources necessary to ensure the best experience for the student body. The classes will be recorded and can be resumed throughout the course, in your Virtual Learning Environment.

We are aware and sensitive to the delicate situation that we all face in this context of a pandemic, which has been constantly adapting and (re) aligning processes. For this reason, over the past few months the Faculty has invested in necessary resources so that the online operation (live / recorded) becomes possible and accessible to all of our students, without generating commitment in the period foreseen for their postgraduate diploma. -graduate.

We will continue to invest, always with the purpose of maintaining a continuous improvement of our processes.

Porto Alegre, April 20, 2020.

Dear students,

Faculdade IBCMED continues to monitor the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil. For the safety of all, the institution is complying with the national decree. Thus, online classes follow during the month of June.

Recalling that the classes are taking place in a digital environment and with greater interactivity. The online classes will have frequency validated through activities in a digital environment, as well as the meetings will appear in the timetable.

As already explained, this is a temporary class method, and will not affect the duration of the course and the student's certification. The practical modules will be carried out after this national quarantine period, as for these modules it is essential to have the student in a technical environment, facilitating the learning process for medical practices, which require a simulator or other equipment.

We continue to teach and bring updates to our students. The Faculty understands that the period is an adaptation period, but that does not prevent it from continuing to provide quality education.

Porto Alegre, March 26, 2020.

Dear students,

The IBCMED Faculty understands the concern with the future of its Postgraduate. The institution studied the best ways to continue bringing professional updating to students, during this period of Covid-19 pandemic. That is why, this June, classes will continue online.

We prepare a digital environment with greater interactivity. Thus, students will be more connected to the faculty and their colleagues, a complete classroom within a modern platform. The online classes will have frequency validated through activities in a digital environment, as well as the meetings will appear in the timetable.

This is a temporary class method, and will not affect the duration of the course and the student's certification. The practical modules will be carried out after this national quarantine period, as for these modules it is essential to have the student in a technical environment, facilitating the learning process for medical practices, which require a simulator or other equipment.

Recalling that we are following recommendations from the Ministry of Education, provided for in ordinance 343/2020. We want to continue offering you the most modern in the field of Health, and for that we need to adapt to this phase in which we are living. Any changes will be communicated to the students in advance.

Porto Alegre, March 20, 2020.

The IBCMED Faculty has been showing its concern, since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak, for following the guidelines and recommendations of the official bodies, in favor of the welfare and safety of students. However, the Institution did not rest until it found a way to enable students to continue enjoying classes and content. In this way, face-to-face meetings will be replaced by online meetings from Monday (23/03) until the 19th of April, any changes will be communicated to the students in advance.

Ordinance 343/2020 of the Ministry of Education (MEC) does not in any way approve face-to-face classes, during this period of containment of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, understanding the MEC guidelines, we plan the best way to benefit our students. The online classes will have frequency validated through activities in a digital environment, as well as the meetings will appear in the timetable.

The student will receive access to classes through a link, which will be forwarded by email (check the SPAM box) and / or to your class group on WhatsApp. Educational materials will also be made available to assist you in your studies during this period. This new temporary class model will not affect the duration of the course and the student's certification; the same in relation to the practical modules. The moment requires adaptation and collaboration from us.

Remembering that this is a decision made for the benefit of the student, due to the proportion caused by the new Coronavirus. As soon as the situation is normalized we will continue with your course schedule. We can't wait to have our students in class again.

Thank you for understanding,

IBCMED College.
