COURSE OVERVIEW

The course is designed to practice the steps of laparoscopic gastric banding, gastric sleeve resection, gastric bypass in a wet lab to reduce operative time and complications.

  • Describe the clinical pathway of patients, patient selection, indications and contraindications to the use of laparoscopy for bariatric surgery.
